Successful on the Outside. Over-Functioning on the Inside.

For self-aware women who understand their patterns — but still find themselves over-functioning in relationships.

Move Beyond Insight. Create Real Change.

You’re thoughtful, capable, and often the one others rely on. You may already understand your patterns — perhaps through therapy, personal growth work, or years of reflection.

Yet in relationships you still find yourself:

  • saying yes when you mean no

  • overthinking interactions

  • taking responsibility for others’ emotions

  • carrying more than your share

Knowing the pattern doesn’t make it easier to change.

Therapy can help you move beyond insight and begin working with the deeper nervous system patterns that keep these dynamics in place.

My approach integrates relational therapy with somatic (mind–body) work, helping you reconnect with your internal signals and respond to life from a place of clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

You may be in the right place if you are:

  • self-aware and reflective, but still repeating familiar relationship patterns

  • capable and high-functioning, yet often carrying emotional responsibility for others

  • tired of analyzing your experiences without seeing meaningful change

  • interested in therapy that integrates emotional insight with body-based awareness

  • ready to build boundaries that feel grounded rather than forced

    What therapy looks like

Most clients begin with biweekly sessions — a steady rhythm that supports growth without overwhelm.

Therapy here moves at your pace: grounded, collaborative, and attuned to you.

Private-pay sessions are $180. I’m happy to provide superbills for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.

If this resonates, a brief consultation is a gentle first step to see whether working together feels right.

Hi, I’m Dr. Mandy Cisler

Psychotherapist

I work with women who are insightful, capable, and often deeply attuned to others — yet struggle to stay connected to themselves within relationships.

Many of my clients have already done meaningful personal growth or therapy. What they’re seeking now is a deeper level of change: learning to listen to their own internal signals and respond with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

My work integrates relational therapy with somatic awareness, supporting you in recognizing the nervous system patterns that shape how you relate, care for others, and set boundaries.

Together we create space for a more honest, grounded relationship with yourself.

My practice is anti-racist, pro-immigrant, and trans-affirming. I believe emotional healing cannot be separated from the social realities people live inside, and I strive to offer therapy that actively resists oppression rather than quietly adapting to it. This is a space where marginalized identities are not just accepted but affirmed.
