The Website is hosted on Squarespace.
Some digital products and services are sold and delivered through Payhip.

Purchases made via Payhip are subject to Payhip’s own terms, privacy policies, and checkout processes. We are not responsible for third-party platform performance, outages, or data handling beyond our control.

10. Fees, Payments, Refunds, and Satisfaction Guarantee

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Digital Products & Programs

All sales are final, except where a specific satisfaction guarantee is explicitly offered.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (If Applicable)

If a product includes a stated 30-day satisfaction guarantee, you must:

  • Submit your request within 30 days of purchase

  • Email drmandycisler@gmail.com

  • Include required completed coursework (as specified for that program)

Refunds are discretionary and intended for good-faith participation. Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible.

Payment Plans

If you enroll in a payment plan:

  • You are responsible for completing all payments

  • Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access and collection efforts

  • Removing or failing to update payment information does not cancel your obligation

11. Chargebacks

You agree to contact us first regarding billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in loss of access to purchased materials and dispute documentation submitted to your financial institution.

12. No Warranties

The Website and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee results, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability
