We work with both your mind and nervous system to help you move out of chronic over-responsibility, people-pleasing, and survival patterns—and into a way of living that feels more sustainable and aligned.
My approach integrates somatic awareness, gentle breathwork, and evidence-informed psychotherapy to support real change at the root—not just symptom management. This work helps you understand why certain patterns developed and how to soften them with compassion rather than force.
